• Wallet address, wallet provider name, wallet icon, username, avatar, and session status.
• Gameplay records, wager amounts, seeds, nonces, verification data, balances, credits, rewards, offers, referral codes, and claim history.
• Technical records such as socket identifiers, timestamps, rate-limit events, security events, and error reports.
• localStorage entries for session tokens, theme preference, referral or offer links, and local UI preferences.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate wallets, operate games, verify results, maintain balances, provide rewards and referrals, prevent abuse, secure withdrawals, troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable legal or platform obligations.

Sharing

Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be public by design. Zerk may share operational records with infrastructure providers, security reviewers, auditors, legal advisors, or authorities when needed to operate the service, protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Storage and retention

Session data and preferences stored in localStorage remain on your device until they expire, are replaced, or are cleared by you or the app. Server records are retained as needed for game integrity, security, accounting, dispute review, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet, clear localStorage in your browser, change your local profile avatar, and stop using Zerk at any time. Clearing local data may remove saved sessions and preferences.
