Acceptance

These Terms are presented in the footer and legal pages. There is no separate acceptance prompt; continued use of the site is your agreement to follow them.

Provably fair games

Every round is committed before play and verifiable after settlement. Game outcomes use committed server data, client inputs, nonces, and reveal data so a completed result can be checked after play.

Verification tools are informational and are provided so users can independently recompute eligible game outcomes. If a verifier, display, or network state is unavailable, gameplay may be delayed or unavailable.

Wallets and balances

• You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, signatures, and transactions.
• A wallet signature proves ownership of the address. It is not an on-chain payment unless a wallet transaction is separately requested and approved.
• Deposits, withdrawals, credits, rewards, and offers may be reviewed, delayed, limited, or refused to protect the platform or comply with law.

Rewards and promotions

Rewards, lossback, referrals, chests, and promotional offers are subject to availability, eligibility, abuse controls, and the rules shown in the relevant product surface. Loss-based rewards (lossback, lossback boosts and referral earnings) count a loss only when it takes the player’s overall result to a new low, and each settled bet counts for at most 10% of its amount; the displayed reward rate applies to that eligible amount. Zerk may correct obvious errors, reverse abusive claims, or end offers when required for security, fairness, or legal compliance.

Responsible use

Do not use Zerk if gambling creates financial, legal, health, or personal risk for you. You are responsible for deciding whether to play, how much to risk, and whether using the site is lawful where you are.
